1. Introduction.
Under this privacy notice we Tassuw FZCO and Tassuw Ltd, explain in detail the types of personal data we may collect about you when you interact with us. It also explains how we’ll store and handle that data, and keep it safe.
We know that there’s a lot of information here, but we want you to be fully informed about your rights, and how we use your data; for example, we will explain things such as our credit checking procedure, and how we combine data to build a picture of you.
This privacy policy applies to information we collect about you through our website, websites operated by our service providers and marketing partners, and any other website that links to this Privacy Policy. By visiting the online store, social media, becoming a Tassuw customer, and/or sharing your contact information with us, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Policy, as well as our Terms of Service for us, now and as amended by us in the future.

Our site is operated by and the products are sold by Tassuw fzco. We are registered in the UAE and our registered address is DSO, DDP, Building A2, Dubai, UAE. Fulfilment is from the UK and therefore, when visiting our website, personal data that we may collect through cookies or online forms will leave the EU for the UK.

Tassuw fzco and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively known as ‘we’, ‘our’, or ‘us’) operate the Tassuw® brand, including the online store available at www.tassuw.com, the social media pages and other landing pages or websites made available by us or our service providers.

4. What information do we collect?
Your ‘Personal Data’ is any information you provide which can identify you, directly or indirectly (such as your name, address and contact details). Your ‘Usage Data’ is data which cannot directly or indirectly identify you and is collected, for example, when browsing. Finally, we may cluster personal data and/or usage data, and it is referred to as ‘aggregate data’ (as defined in this policy) and is a separate type of information used to improve the service we provide. Purchase details (including the parameters you have entered against ophthalmic products and any prescriptions you have uploaded or emailed to us) and details from when you contact us (e.g., collect notes from our conversations with you, details of any complaints or comments you make)

Financial data: We do not store these details. Card details (credit/debit card data) are safely sent directly to the payment provider who provide a secure one-way encrypted token for us to process payments. This token cannot be used to identify your card details.

Usage data: Does not contain your personal information. Usage data allows us provide the best possible web experience, to personalise your experience and improve the services we provide, we may record interactions such as wish list, mouse clicks, search terms and analytics tools to better understand how you use the online services. Usage data may include web pages that you accessed, the date and time of access, your search queries, the date and time of your request and which site you came from, to ours. We collect technical Information of your device (hardware model, hardware settings, operating system version, unique device identifiers, Internet protocol address, browser type, browser language as well as country and where your computer is located).
Social Networks: Is data collected using integrations on the online website with social networks, third-party advertising networks, and other platforms, including tracking technologies, it is subject to those ‘social networks’ privacy policies, not this one.
We also collect information from other trusted sources to support, update, supplement, or validate the information you provide to us or that we collect. For example, we use a service to confirm that the shipping address you may provide to us is accurate.
4.2. Aggregate data
We want to give you the best possible customer experience so we may look at information from multiple sources and cross reference with our service providers, marketing partners and others (including providers of third-party cookie and other third-party browsing and usage data). The purpose of this is, for example, when we combine the shopping history of many customers to identify trends and keep up with the demand or develop new products/services. This data cannot be reasonably used to identify you.
5. How do we use the Information we collect?

Our marketing partners are other companies who target and deliver a range of marketing communications and advertisements.
